It is not a CRM, dialer, call recording tool, or coaching platform. It’s the research step that happens before you start dialing.
Click Start Free Trial anywhere on the homepage. You’ll go through Stripe checkout. After payment, you’ll land on a welcome page that takes you straight to research. You won’t be charged until day 8 — and you can cancel anytime from your account.

Yes. In the “Specific product” field you can enter a single company name (e.g., “Wendy’s on Galena Boulevard”) and the AI will return research focused on that one business. This is useful when you’re sitting in the parking lot and want context before walking in.

The AI pulls from publicly available business records, websites, and directories. Research generation has a 26-second timeout. If it times out (rare), just hit “Build My Call Sheet” again — the second attempt almost always succeeds. If it consistently fails, email us with the city/product you tried.

Yes. Email support@callcanvasai.com and we’ll delete your account and all associated records within 30 days.
Yes. Every CSV and printed list includes a small watermark with your account email and the generation timestamp. This helps us track misuse if generated lists are shared outside an active subscription.
