This Privacy Policy describes how CallCanvas AI ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our service at callcanvasai.com. CallCanvas AI is operated by YWM Consulting (a sole proprietorship) based in Sugar Grove, Illinois, USA.

- Account information: email address when you sign up for a trial or subscription
- Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe; we do not see, store, or have access to your card details
- Territory queries: the city, ZIP code, or product/service description you submit when generating prospect lists
- Support communications: messages you send to support@callcanvasai.com
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, dates and times of access
- Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system (collected by hosting provider Netlify for security and abuse prevention)
- Cookies: we use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To provide the territory research service you request
- To process your subscription, trial, and payments via Stripe
- To respond to support inquiries
- To send service-critical emails (payment receipts, trial-ending notices, password resets)
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
- To improve the service and develop new features
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following service providers, strictly for the purposes of operating the service:

- Google Analytics: aggregate, anonymized usage analytics. We do not use this for advertising.
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep your data
- Account and subscription records: for as long as your account is active, plus up to 7 years afterward for tax and accounting purposes
- Territory queries and generated content: retained for the duration of your active subscription, then deleted within 90 days of cancellation
- Support communications: retained for up to 2 years
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Opt out of marketing communications (we currently send only service-critical messages)
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, email support@callcanvasai.com from the email address associated with your account. We respond within 30 days.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption for all traffic, encrypted storage for sensitive data, and limited access to subscriber records. No system is perfectly secure, but we follow reasonable practices to protect your information.
Children\'s privacy
CallCanvas AI is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
